Place an order in our online store
It is easy to place an order on our website. Simply add the selected products to your cart, then proceed to the "Cart" page, verify the accuracy of the items you wish to purchase, and click the "Submit Order" button. Orders are processed daily between 11:00 and 20:00.

Address
Select the name of your area and town from the list. If your location is not listed, select "Other" and enter your town in the "City" field. Enter a valid address.

Delivery
Depending on your location, we will offer delivery options. Choose the most convenient method. For more details on delivery terms, please see the "Delivery" section.

Payment
Choose your preferred payment method. See all options in the "Payment" section for more information.

Buyer
Please provide your personal information, including your full name, delivery address and phone number.
In the "Order Comments" field, please enter any additional information that might be helpful to the courier. For example, if there are multiple entrances to the building, please specify which entrance should be used.

Order
When placing an order, please ensure that all information is correct, including the items you wish to purchase, the location of delivery, and your contact details. Click the "Place Order" button to proceed.
Our system will remember your previous orders and customer information for future reference. If you are not satisfied with the current order, please feel free to choose different options.
Once you have selected all the products in your cart, please proceed to the checkout process by clicking on the "Continue" button in the upper right corner of the website.

To select your delivery location, please use the dropdown menu. Simply type the first few letters of your desired city. Ensure that you also select the correct region/state, as cities with similar names may be located in different areas.

Next, please choose the delivery method and payment option that best suits your needs. Carefully fill in your contact information and the delivery address (if delivering to PVZ SDEK, please select it, and the address of the pickup point will be filled in automatically).

You can add any comments on the order in the relevant field below your contact information if you have any specific requests or requirements for the order. For example, you can specify whether you would like the scooter to be assembled from parts, whether you want the steering wheel cut off, or whether you would like to be informed about a discount for your birthday, and so on.

Refunds
Within 14 days of purchase, products purchased from our store can be refunded or exchanged for another similar item in accordance with Article 26.1 of the Russian Consumer Protection Law. When ordering goods via the website https://cometascooters.com/, the period for exchange and return is 7 days from the moment the goods are delivered to the customer.

It is essential to comply with the following conditions for a refund:
  • The product was not used.
  • Presentation, purchase properties, packaging.
  • A receipt confirming the purchase of this product has been retained.
  • In order to return/exchange the goods, please bring your passport and the receipt with you.
  • Goods delivered by courier to Moscow are only subject to exchange and return through the store!

Products of proper quality as listed in Decree No. 55 of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 19th, 1998 (as amended on October 20th, 1998), are not eligible for return or exchange. This policy does not apply to products purchased via remote delivery (using delivery services), and the exchange or return period for these products is 7 days from delivery to the customer.
