ABEC 9 bearings are for wheels on those stunt scooters, you know? ABEC stands for accuracy of assembly, which is rated on a scale from 1 to 11. Higher numbers mean faster spinning wheels. For each wheel, you use two bearings with a little spacer in the middle. The Comet kit has four bearings and two spacer pieces, and you can even get ceramic ones.
